Services included with Exchange Down Under
Exchange Down Under's services are as below:
- After you have filled out a questionnaire and had a personal interview with staff from our Euro team, Exchange Down Under will help you find a program in Sydney that corresponds to your needs, ambitions and your budget
- The Australian team of Exchange Down Under will create a personal program package including English courses, an internship or hospitality studies and the right accommodation for you
- After you have signed your contract, Exchange Down Under will start organising your stay in Sydney and you will be sent a confirmation letter
- Exchange Down Under will send you all the necessary documentation before you fly to Australia.
What you will get when you book with Exchange Down Under:
- Sydney orientation guide
- Guide to lodging your Australian visa
- English courses in a private school. Price includes all of the school's fees and requirements
- A confirmation of internship in the company you will be working for and a bio of that company
- Accommodation according to your choice
Exchange Down Under will not provide everything you need for your trip to Sydney. The following items are not included in our prices: *
- Compulsory Cancellation Insurance
- Health insurance (can be obtained with your language school for a small amount if you wish to cancel your Swiss health insurance while being in Australia)
- Visa fees
- Flights and travel fees
- Longer stay in Sydney or visa changes after the end of the contract with Exchange Down Under
- Change of program after signature of contract
* Exchange Down Under can provide advice on booking flights and on the other services not included in our fees
Conditions of payment:
- There is an initial fee of 350 CHF when booking with Exchange Down Under. This fee is non-refundable in the case of cancellation
- A 15% deposit must be paid after having accepted your personal program proposal
- The rest of the fee must be paid within 30 days of the departure date
